WATER
We are implementing a phased approach to the elimination of plastic bottles and other water-saving measures across the portfolio.
FOOD & RECYCLING
Through on-site composting, biodigesters, and partnerships with local farmers, we will reduce food waste and methane emissions. In-room recycling and measurement of diversion rates support new opportunities to further reduce waste.
ENERGY
From the day we break ground for new properties to the renovation of legacy buildings, we minimize our carbon footprint through sustainable building design and construction and ongoing evaluation of each property’s efficiency.
AMENITIES & LOCAL GOODS
By replacing single-sized amenities with bulk dispensers and local products, we reduce plastics while supporting local businesses.
