Jenni Gaherty is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CoralTree Hospitality, bringing over 25 years of award-winning leadership in the hospitality industry. In her role, she drives business growth and profitability through strategic sales and marketing initiatives across CoralTree’s diverse portfolio.
Jenni’s career is defined by her exceptional leadership and dedication. Notable achievements include opening the JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek, where her team earned back-to-back Sales Team of the Year awards, and being named Marriott International’s Sales Leader of the Year for North America. During her tenure at HHM, she oversaw a portfolio of 15 properties, earning recognition such as the 2024 HHM Service Corporate Award and a spot on Hotel Management’s Forty Over 40 list in 2023.
Guided by CoralTree’s “Serve from the Heart” philosophy, Jenni emphasizes genuine care and collaboration in all she does. She believes that meaningful connections and thoughtful service enrich not only others’ lives but also her own sense of purpose.
Jenni is an avid traveler who finds inspiration in exploring new cultures and perspectives, which she views as essential for personal and professional growth. Her family shares this passion, often retreating to Whidbey Island, Washington, for outdoor adventures like whale watching, kayaking, and crabbing. Outside of work, Jenni enjoys hiking, running, cycling, cooking, and entertaining friends. She treasures creating memorable experiences with her family and cherishes the joy of watching her children discover new places.
