Mimi Dagot still has her first cookbook, a gift from her grandmother. Raised in a family of hospitality professionals, she learned from a young age to appreciate the creativity and art of serving. For Mimi, the possibilities that surround the making of an unforgettable moment are her greatest inspiration.
She recalls a time when, working at an Orlando property, she overheard a little girl who was ecstatic about meeting a Disney princess. With the property’s blessing, she compiled a princess basket, replete with a welcome note from the princess herself, and delivered it to the family’s room. It was that day when Mimi knew for certain that hospitality was exactly where she was meant to be.
