Toni Repetti serves as the Regional VP of Finance at CoralTree Hospitality, where she leads and supports the finance and accounting functions for complex hotel properties. With a focus on optimizing asset value, she acts as a strategic business partner to Property Executive Committee Members and other Regional Team Members, ensuring that financial reporting is accurate and timely, and that internal controls are robust.

Toni’s deep-rooted passion for hospitality stems from her upbringing, as both of her parents were long-time professionals in the industry. This early exposure inspired her to pursue a career where she could combine her love for travel with her professional expertise. A memorable start to her hospitality journey was her first job as a lifeguard at Wet-N-Wild, where she learned the joy of serving guests and ensuring their safety.

Throughout her career, Toni has excelled in managing transitions and openings of new properties, with one of her proudest moments being the successful opening of a brand-new hotel for Skagit Valley Casino. This experience underscored the importance of teamwork and dedication, with all management levels coming together to meet the opening deadline.
